Breezelist produces video content for real estate listings using photographs or listing materials that you provide. You place an order, submit your materials, and we produce and deliver a completed video.

Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is due at the time of ordering and is processed through our third-party payment provider. Your order is accepted once payment is received and you have submitted the materials needed to produce your video.

By submitting photographs, a listing URL, or any other materials to Breezelist (whether uploaded directly or provided as a link from which we retrieve the associated images), you represent and warrant that you own, or hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and to authorize us to use, all such materials for the purpose of producing your video. You acknowledge that Breezelist retrieves images from any listing URL you provide, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring the rights to those images. You agree to indemnify and hold Breezelist harmless from any claim, demand, or liability arising from materials you submit, including claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.

Breezelist assumes in good faith that any person submitting materials holds the rights to them, and is under no obligation to verify ownership. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, delay, or remove any video where we have reason to believe the submitted materials may not be properly owned or licensed by the customer — including, but not limited to, situations where: the submitted images contain a visible watermark, logo, or credit belonging to a third party such as a photographer, brokerage, or listing service; the listing associated with the materials is publicly attributed to a different agent, agency, or owner; we receive a complaint or takedown request from a third party claiming rights to the materials; the materials appear to originate from a source the customer is not authorized to use; or the customer is unable to confirm rights to the materials when asked.

Breezelist aims to deliver each completed video promptly, typically within a short time of receiving usable materials. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. In periods of high volume or where factors outside our reasonable control apply, delivery may take longer, but we aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving the materials needed to produce your video.

The delivery period begins only once we have received the photographs or listing URL required to produce the video, not upon payment. A completed video is produced from the materials you provide; while we recommend submitting high-quality images for the best result, the quality or resolution of submitted materials does not affect our ability to deliver a video and is not grounds for non-delivery. Responsibility for the quality of submitted materials rests with the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any use, publication, or distribution of the delivered video complies with all laws, regulations, platform rules, and professional or advertising standards applicable in their jurisdiction and industry, including any obligation to disclose the nature or production method of the content to viewers, clients, or third parties. Breezelist makes no representation regarding disclosure requirements that may apply to you, and any such obligations relating to the content or how it was produced rest entirely with the customer.

Payment is for the production and delivery of a video created from the materials you provide. Refunds are issued only in the event that Breezelist fails to deliver a video. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Once your video is delivered, you may use it to market the associated listing across the platforms and channels of your choosing. You remain responsible for how and where the video is used, consistent with these terms and with clause 5.

You grant Breezelist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the videos we produce for you, and the associated imagery, for our own marketing and promotional purposes — including on our website, social media channels, advertising, and portfolio — as examples of our work. This does not affect your own rights to use your video. If you would prefer that we not use your video for these purposes, you may tell us at info@breezelist.net and we will honor that request.

You agree not to use Breezelist to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you are not authorized to create, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

All rights in the Breezelist name, brand, website, and materials remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our brand or platform to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezelist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our service or the delivered video. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of our website or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision will be updated upon formation of our US entity.
