When you provide a listing URL, we retrieve the images associated with that listing in order to create your video. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically when you visit our website, such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with our site, through cookies and similar technologies.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card or banking details; these are handled directly by the payment provider under their own security standards.

We use the information we collect to produce and deliver your video, communicate with you about your order, process payments, provide support, operate and improve our website, and — where permitted — measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with third-party service providers that help us operate, including providers for website hosting, payment processing, form and data intake, video production, and analytics and advertising measurement.
